Staff Retention This blog post is sponsored by @AhliaYoga: Join Ahlia for her meditations and yoga practices on YouTube OR, what happens and what do you do when listings continue to show up visit after visit? While this is not unusual in the beginning of care, the question Dr. Dan asked this week was what to do when this happens with a long term wellness patient who is receiving regular check ups and regular care? It’s an intriguing question because, on the one hand, we would want these people to show up not needing adjustments on every visit and certainly not the same adjustment. Well, Dan only adjusts a portion of the people that show up for check ups because many check clear and do not need to be adjusted. So he was curuous why some people seem to get stuck in a particular pattern. So we jumped in looking at: Frequency of check ups Intensity of adjustments Upper cervical patterns Why persistent “listings” persist How to break the pattern Layering care on Fine tuning the system Moving off the primaries HRV and States of arousal While we quickly reviewed all of these, at the end of the day, you would be the one to draw conclusions and see what develops in their health, their care and your findings.
