Have You Noticed? People Are Fried! ___Your Practice and Your Business___ I just had a very enlightening connversation with one of my long standing Mastery Coaching clients. He expressed how, even now, people are physically, chemically and emotionally damaged in this (post?) covid world. He noticed, and we discussed, that people are showing evidence of systemic deterioration including but not limited to symptoms of demyelinization and muscle atrophy. Further, he explained evidence of irrational behaviors among a small group of his patient population. This, in addition to, organic and systemic issues. I suggested that he begin further documenting his findings, his recommendations and results thereof. I bring this to your attention here to see if your findings are similar and to share the four recommendations I made to him. I suggested he further search for commonalities regarding his recommendations and results obtained amongst his patients I reviewed the new MC2 L3 protocols because, at least in my experience, the major lingering systemic effects of covid are endocrine system dysfunction It appears to me that the people most affected are also the people that are least present so I encouraged him to do what he could to get them more present time conscious One vehicle for that was my suggestion to use the Expectations Formula to formulate and communicate specific expectations of both the DC and the patient and then to create agreement around these by explaining the WHY – WHAT – HOW – WHEN in the report of findings. Another conversion is “getting it” to continue care beyond symptoms. In today’s world, they both hinge on a 3rd type of conversion impacting and affecting cost and affordability. This regards the doctors ability and willingness to effectively communicate the value of chiropractic care. This is also paramount in the ability to attract new patients willing to invest in their own well-being. Maximizing patient conversions is based on creating a valuable perception or value proposition. For you and me, considering a life without chiropractic care would be so abhorrent that I’d wager we would do almost anything and pay almost anything to insure our one and only nervous system is free from interference. But, what about them? Let’s start with you. What did you need to know, understand and/or experience that changed your perception on the value of being adjusted? I’d wager that YOUR STORY is what you would be best at communicating to others-it is you being your authentic self. Your other option is to ask those that have made the conversion for self and family what they needed to know, understand and/or experience that changed their their perception and value of you and what you do.
